"I have many favorite things to do in Provincetown. At the top of my list is to sit on the benches in front of town hall and watch the world go by. Provincetown is home to so many unique shows. Be sure to take them all in!"

Thomas Walter

"One of the great secrets about Provincetown is that it is one of the few places where you can watch the sun rise and set over the water. So grab a bottle of fine wine, some snacks and head to Race Point Beach or Hatches Harbor and join the seals, while taking in the most amazing sunsets you will ever see."

David Sanford

"My most favorite thing to do in Provincetown is walk. Taking a long walk to the west end of Commercial Street and walking out onto the long stone breakwater. Pack a lunch and bring a camera as when you reach the end you can walk a little further and reach the lighthouse and have lunch and take great photos. If you get tired you can take the shuttle boat back to shore. Be sure to return before the high tide as the breakwater gets partially covered with water and you will have to swim."

Personal Trainer
"At low, low tide (determined by a tide chart), walk the flats (as they're called), which is the bay in the West End of Provincetown. Enter at the West End parking lot or at the Provincetown Inn. Notice all the sea creatures in the sand as you walk all the way out the Wood End Lighthouse, or even to Long Point Lighthouse! Don't forget to turn around and view the Provincetown shoreline from a whole new perspective!"
