Are people visiting Ptown?

Yes! While the usual packed summer crowds are less, the town is pretty busy with people practicing social distancing when possible and wearing masks when needed. Almost all the shops, galleries, and restaurants are open. Reservations are strongly suggested for dining.

Where and when do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are required on Commercial Street and in all shops, galleries, and restaurants (you can remove your mask once seated at a restaurant table). Masks are not required on the side streets or Bradford Street when social distancing is possible. Masks are required at any inside areas of the hotel and on hotel grounds when social distancing is not possible. You do not need to wear a mask while enjoying the poolside lounge chairs or in the pool. 

Are restaurants and bars open? What about the Shipwreck Lounge and T-Dance?

Restaurants are now open for both indoor and outdoor dining with 6-foot distances between tables. Reservations are strongly recommended at all restaurants. Bars and nightclubs are not currently allowed to open. 

The Shipwreck Lounge at the Brass Key is open Thursday to Sunday for seated table service with a new tapas menu and all your favorite cocktails.

T-Dance at the Boatslip has evolved into table service at the Buoy Bar and on the main deck overlooking the harbor. 

What is the vibe like in Ptown?

The Ptown vibe is still warm and welcoming as always. It is a little more chill and less of a late-night party vibe with the bars closed. It is all about good times on the beaches, beautiful nature hikes and bike rides, strolls down Commercial Street, and dinner and drinks.

Are your pool and hot tub open?

The pool is open and heated to 84 degrees. The hot tub is currently closed as per the state guidelines.

Are the beaches open?

All the beaches are open including parking.

Do you provide parking?
The hotel offers parking for guests (1 normal size car/truck per room), a rare amenity in bustling Provincetown. Parking is either on-site or steps away at our convenient car lot leaving the postcard-perfect beauty of the hotel’s surroundings uninterrupted. Additional paid parking is available across the street from the Inn at the huge municipal lot.
Do you allow children?

The Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Since it is not an appropriate environment for children, no one under the age of 18 is permitted at the Inn at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.

Do the Rooms Have Coffee Makers?
Yes, each room has there own Keurig coffee maker complete with gourmet coffee.
Is Turn-down Service Provided?
Guestrooms receive turndown service each evening from 6:00pm-10:00pm. (during summer high season).
Can I bring my pet?
Let the pet pal you love travel in luxury with you at Crowne Pointe… where Pets Are Welcome.  Whether checked in for work or play, what could be more wonderful than snuggling up with your favorite furry friend during your stay.  The charge is $40 per night + tax. Room 201 is our designated pet room. One dog is allowed with no size limit.  Please review our pet contract.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Provincetown is a resort community in a remote location. Making a reservation with us is very different than making a reservation in a hotel in a major city or other destination, so it is very important to understand this policy when making reservations. Please consider your reservation as final when it is made. A 50% deposit of your entire stay (minimum 1 night) is taken at the time the reservation is made (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. At all other times we require 7 days notice.  As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays.  A cancellation fee of $75.00 + tax will be assessed for all cancellations.  If you have any concerns about our cancellation policy we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance We greatly appreciate your business and hope this information is helpful to you in planning your stay with us.
Is there a safe deposit box available?
<p> Yes, each room is equipped with a lap top size electronic safe. </p>
Do you have e-mail and wifi available to your guests?
<p> &lt;p&gt;Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with &lt;a href=”//″&gt;complimentary wireless &lt;/a&gt;&nbsp;internet access. Wireless internet access is also available at no cost in all of the guest rooms and public spaces.&nbsp; A computer with internet access is located in our Club Room for your use.&lt;/p&gt; </p>
Are all your rooms non-smoking?
Crowne Pointe has a strict non smoking policy within all of our buildings this includes all e-vape smoking. Ashtrays are provided in numerous outdoor areas should you require them. Also, many of our rooms include private outdoor decks so smoking is permitted just outside your bedroom. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an assessment of $500 per room night to your folio to cover cleaning charges.
Is there always a minimum stay requirement?

How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards for Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & the Shui Spa can be purchased by calling 508-487-6767 or you can order on-line Gift certificates can be used for accommodations, dining, shopping, and spa services. The certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion.
Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?
Yes, seven years from the date of purchase.
Can I purchase a Gift Card and have it sent to someone other than myself?
Yes. you can send cards to different recipients.
