My father used to ask me if I had a date for Valentine’s day and I’d sarcastically reply, “February 14th”! Touché. This year the 14th lands on a Wednesday night which means a 2 for 1 deal here. We are reopening just for this special date night. I know I’m excited cause this combines three of my favorite things: date nights, great deals, and food! Love will definitely be in the air that night, thanks to candles, champagne and a fabulously intimate dining room. We all know that Provincetown is perfect for lovers and we are ready to play host (or cupid?) this holiday.

Following the Valentine’s festivities, the Pointe will also be hosting our 9th annual HOW Benefit Dinner on Monday, February 26th. HOW, or Helping Our Women, is an organization that provides all-important services to local women and all community members suffering from life changing and terminal illness. The ways in which they help are truly wide ranging, assisting individuals with everything from advocacy and health care information to transportation and financial support. HOW has been championing this great cause for decades and relies on community support from business and individuals. All costs for this year’s dinner are covered by the Pointe and 100% of the ticket and dinner sales go to HOW. In the past eight years, we have raised about $30,000 through this event. Talk about a win-win! Please contact HOW directly at 508-487-4357 or online for reservations for the event.

If you can’t attend this wonderful event, you can still support the organization with a donation. Click here to get to their online donation page. Hope to see you there!
